What could you sub for shrimp in the meals above? I have an allergy to that. Thanks!

    1. Ashley McCrary says:

You could sub with any protein of choice. Chicken, etc.

Happy New Year! Thanks for all of the great info, resources & recipes! Any suggestions for almond & almond flour substitutions? I have a tree nut allergy.

    1. Ashley McCrary says:

You can try coconut flour, but you will have to work on the amounts to use since coconut flour is way different than almond. So you may need less coconut flour for each recipe.
