- 1/2 small shallot finely diced or 2-3 tablespoons of chopped onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1-2 cloves garlic finely minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayo (otpional)
