High Protein Jalapeno Ranch Dip

Looking for a dip that’s creamy, tangy, and packed with just the right amount of spice? This jalapeno ranch dip is the perfect blend of cool and spicy flavors and will have everyone reaching for more. Made with simple ingredients and easily customizable, it’s your go-to recipe for game nights, parties, or anytime you’re craving a flavorful snack!
Servings: 8 servings (2 cups)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese can sub dairy-free yogurt of choice
  • 2 tbsp homemade ranch seasoning or 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 4-6 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • 1/3 cup pickled jalapenos finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pickled jalapeno juice
  • 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 small shallot finely diced or 2-3 tablespoons of chopped onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1-2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mayo (otpional)

Instructions

  • Combine everything in a large bowl and stir until well blended. Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Before serving, top with more diced jalapenos, green onions and chopped cooked bacon.
  • Serve with your favorite dippers such as chips, pretzels, crackers, or vegetables. Last 3-4 days stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Optional: You can use a food processor or blender if you prefer a smoother texture.

  • If you prefer a smoother texture, blend the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  • Adjust the number of pickled jalapeños to make the dip milder or spicier.
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley can add extra vibrancy and flavor to your dip.
  • Store your jalapeno ranch dip in an airtight container (like a mason jar) in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
