Whole30 Meal Plan and Workout Guide-Week 1

If you are gearing up or currently on a Whole30, I have designed an easy to follow meal plan. This 7-Day Whole30 Meal Plan includes all 3 meals each day with links to each recipe. Although, starting a Whole30 can be a process, I am here to make this transition a little easier.
I have successfully completed 17 rounds and it truly gets easier with each round. Through my journey, I have created the most delicious recipes that will make your 30 day reset a piece of cake. All of the recipes are clickable and will direct you right to the page with the ingredients and instructions to each meal.
FYI: DRINKS Every morning, I will enjoy a black cup of coffee or if I need a little something extra, I will froth Nutpods, which is Whole30 compliant and approved. Click here to grab a box. Other drinks I will enjoy with my meals include unsweetened tea, green tea, water, and La Croix OR Topo Chico sparkling water.
As for the meat this week, I purchase most everything through Butcher Box. All their sausage and bacon is compliant, which can be super hard to find. If I don’t order through Butcher Box then I will buy at Sam’s Club.

Day 1:
- Meal 1: Mexican Frittata
- Meal 2: Mac’s Awesome Sauce Chicken Salad
- Meal 3: Asian Beef Lettuce Wraps
Day 2:
Meal 1 Meal 2 Meal 3
- Meal 1: Scrambled eggs, chili lime sauce, Brussels sprouts and compliant bacon.
- Meal 2: Chicken BLT
- Meal 3: Cajun Shrimp Foil Packets
Day 3:
Meal 1 Meal 2 Meal 3
- Meal 1: Scrambled eggs, chopped chicken apple sausage and shredded Brussels sprouts.
- Meal 2: Greek Chicken Salad
- Meal 3: Pizza meatballs and a side salad with homemade ranch.
Day 4:
- Meal 1: Leftover Mexican Frittata with berries
- Meal 2: Chicken, ranch coleslaw and a half avocado. For the Ranch coleslaw, use 1 1/2 cup coleslaw mix with 2 tbsp homemade ranch dressing.
- Meal 3: Lemon pepper shrimp with asparagus
Day 5:
Meal 1 Meal 2 Meal 3
- Meal 1: Sausage Stir Fry
- Meal 2: Chicken Salad with avocado, bacon, red onion and a boiled egg. Drizzle with dressing of choice or use my homemade ranch.
- Meal 3: Family Chicken Nugget Dinner with Cauliflower Mash
Day 6:
- Meal 1: Leftover Mexican Frittata with berries
- Meal 2: Asian Chicken Collard Wraps
- Meal 3: Stuffed Pepper Soup
Day 7:
- Meal 1: Chicken Apple Sausage, greens, half an avocado, chili lime sauce.
- Meal 2: Leftover Stuffed Pepper Soup
- Meal 3: Sirlion Steak, green beans, and a half an avocado

This is awesome!! Thank you so much for putting this all together. The meals look great, and the workout schedule is going to be essential for me. The only meals I’m planning on changing are the breakfasts…I’m trying to cut out eggs too as I’m sure they are an irritant to my body. But I so wish I could try those recipes bc they look amazing.

I’m getting ready to start a Whole30 tomorrow (random date to start, but it works with my schedule the next 30 days), and I plan on using your meal plans the entire time. This is my 3rd W30, and the biggest stressor has always been the planning. I’ve always used your site and now cookbook for ideas, but I love having this resource. Thank you so much for doing this! I plan on following the exercise plans as well!
