High Protein Pepperoncini Ranch Dip

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Resting Time: 1 hour
Servings: 8 servings (2 cups)

Ingredients  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese can sub dairy-free yogurt of choice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp homemade ranch seasoning or 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/3 cup chopped pepperoncinis
  • 1 teaspoon pepperoncini juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 small shallot, finely diced or 2-3 tablespoons of chopped onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions 

  • Combine everything in a large bowl and stir until well blended. Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Before serving, top with more diced pepperoncinis and green onions.
  • Serve with your favorite dippers such as chips, pretzels, crackers, or vegetables. Last 3-4 days stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
