High Protein Pepperoncini Ranch Dip

High Protein Pepperoncini Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese can sub dairy-free yogurt of choice
- 1 1/2 tbsp homemade ranch seasoning or 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/3 cup chopped pepperoncinis
- 1 teaspoon pepperoncini juice
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 small shallot, finely diced or 2-3 tablespoons of chopped onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
- Combine everything in a large bowl and stir until well blended. Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Before serving, top with more diced pepperoncinis and green onions.
- Serve with your favorite dippers such as chips, pretzels, crackers, or vegetables. Last 3-4 days stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
