I have said it before and I will say it again, the quickest way to my heart is with a chicken wing. That’s right, I don’t need fancy diamonds or roses, hand me a 6 piece chicken wing meal and we will be best friends. I am constantly testing new flavors and ways to cook chicken wings that align with my families Paleo and Whole30 lifestyle. My new Cajun Wings will make you jump for joy and keep you reaching for more.
Even those these little babies look crispy and unhealthy, the truth is they are Paleo, Keto, Whole30 compliant along with being gluten and dairy free. My special homemade Cajun seasoning that give these wings the perfect crispy and savory crust. They may look fried, but they are actually baked in the oven, so you get all the delicious flavor without all the calories.
To top these off, I dip them in my homemade ranch dressing that pairs perfectly with the Cajun spices. These wings will for sure fool you because they are just as crispy as a fried wing. The key is making sure you go really heavy on the seasoning, then baking on
Superbowl Sunday is next weekend and these will serve as the perfect Paleo appetizer. Feel free to also serve them for family gathers, tailgating or any other social gathering. I am 100% positive that these will be a show stopper at your event. Here is a word of advice though, make sure you make a double batch so they don’t go too fast.
