Ingredients  

  • 2 hash brown patties
  • 2-3 eggs scrambled
  • 2-4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons regular or spicy honey
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • Red pepper flakes (optional(

Instructions 

  • Prepare the Hash Browns: Toast the hash brown patties according to the package instructions in the oven, toaster, or air fryer.
  • Scramble the Eggs: In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until soft and creamy. Remove from heat just before they are fully set, as they will continue to cook off the heat.
