What are Green Bean Fries?

Air Fryer Green Bean Fries are a great alternative to regular fries. Instead of dipping in ketchup, serve with my homemade ranch dressing and it serves as the perfect crispy appetizer, snack or side dish. I love serving them with a lettuce wrap burger and it gives me all the same feels as a regular burger and fry combo.

Tips and Tricks for these Fries:

  • Spray the fried with cooking spray before cooking and again when you pull the air fryer basket to shake. This will ensure a nice crispy texture.
  • When coating the green beans in the egg, use a fork to dip them before transferring to the dry mix. This will help keep your fingers clean,
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer. The green beans should be on a single layer in order to get as crispy as possible.

  • These were awesome! We’ve been getting a lot of green beans in our Imperfect boxes and I’m so tired of the same old… this was something different and delicious. My 7-year-old gave them 👍🏼👍🏼 so they’ll be on repeat in our house!
