What are Green Bean Fries?

Air Fryer Green Bean Fries are a great alternative to regular fries. Instead of dipping in ketchup, serve with my homemade ranch dressing and it serves as the perfect crispy appetizer, snack or side dish. I love serving them with a lettuce wrap burger and it gives me all the same feels as a regular burger and fry combo.

Eggs wash, almond flour, green beans, nutritional yeast, garlic and onion powder.

How do you cook Green Bean Fries in an Oven?

Yes! Follow all the steps in the instructions below. Instead of adding to the air fryer do the following:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray, then line the green beans up in a single layer across the pan.
  3. Bake for 12-13 minutes or until the coating begins to brown.
  4. Serve with homemade ranch dressing

Tips and Tricks for these Fries:

  • Spray the fried with cooking spray before cooking and again when you pull the air fryer basket to shake. This will ensure a nice crispy texture.
  • When coating the green beans in the egg, use a fork to dip them before transferring to the dry mix. This will help keep your fingers clean,
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer. The green beans should be on a single layer in order to get as crispy as possible.

These were awesome! Weโ€™ve been getting a lot of green beans in our Imperfect boxes and Iโ€™m so tired of the same old… this was something different and delicious. My 7-year-old gave them ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ so theyโ€™ll be on repeat in our house!

Hi there, this sounds perfect for our Keto diet. One question, how many servings does it make? Is it 7 carbs for the entire recipe?

    Thank you!
