Paleo Recipes Whole30

Buffalo Chicken Patties With Spicy Ranch

Healthy seriously never looked so good. I like to pretend I am a chef sometimes and try to get real fancy and make pretty Whole30 and Paleo compliant recipes. I brought my A-Game with this one and it turned out even better than I imagined. These chicken patties may look extravagant, but they are one of the easiest meals to throw together. They can serve as an easy weeknight meal or even a great appetizer for a family gathering. Even though these are calling “Buffalo” Chicken Patties, they are not too spicy. My 3-year-old enjoys them, so if you don’t like spicy food, still gives these a try.

Ranch makes everything better, it’s like the unicorn of food. My Whole30 Southwest Ranch recipe can totally transform an ordinary meal into a majestic and delicious recipe. I drizzled my patties with this ranch and it was the icing on the cake. It made them explode with flavor. We love buffalo wings at our house and this is a spin on the traditional recipe and it is mess free. If you are stuck in a rut and need to spice things up, give this recipe a try. I am sure the whole family will love it.

Spicy Ranch

  1. Add in your mayo (whole 30 version) into a mason jar. Here is my recipe for homemade mayo (1 cup of light olive oil, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice) Add all your ingredients to a mason jar and use your immersion blender to mix together until thick and creamy.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mayo and mix together with a spoon until combined. This ranch lasts about a week in the fridge.
  3. Note: For a thinner consistency, add more coconut milk.

  • These sound great! Could you substitute Arrowroot flour for tapioca flour?

    • Yes you can!

  • Can you use almond or arrowroot instead of tapioca? Thanks!

    • I would use arrowroot instead!

      • These chicken patties are so ridiculously good! They are a staple on the menu at my house!

  • Hi! I can’t wait to make this recipe for my family! Does the dressing save well in the fridge? I know I will need to imulsify again!

    • Yes! Just blend again before serving!

  • We’ve made these patties twice now and the whole family loves them! Thanks for a great recipe!

  • This was AMAZING! The sauce was what brought it home. You know my husband loves it when he goes for seconds! I used arrowroot flour instead of tapioca flour and it still tasted oh so yummy!

  • This is so amazing! This sauce is so so so good!!!!!

  • This was delicious!!! Definately has helped me with cooking up delicious lunches and dinners for Whole30. Thank you!!

  • 5 Star review from my entire family. Thank you sharing. I will absolutely make this time and time again.

  • I wonder if you could use turkey instead of chicken in this?

    • I think it would be great!

  • This was so delicious and easy! Loved it!

  • For the people asking about substitutes for tapioca, you can just omit it all together. I did and they were delicious! I always omit the flour from any of my meatball or burger recipes – the egg works as enough of a binder and the flour is uneccessary.
Again, these were delicious – making them again this week!

  • Has anyone tried this with turkey instead of chicken? Are they still delicious (i love them with chicken. It have turkey to use)

  • These are so good! My daughter is asking me to make these again. Do you happen to have the nutritional information for this recipe?

    • The nutritional info for all my recipes should be up within the weekend. That is the feature that was just added but I have to do a few tweaks.

  • Y’all! Hubs and I ❤️these chicken patties! If there’s only 2 of ya it makes a lot BUT they freeze great which makes it nice to pull out on a busy evening! The spicy ranch was killer! Def. plan to make this recipe soon, you won’t regret it!

  • This is one of my favorite breakfast recipes. I made it for the first time when I was on a round of whole30 and then it was so easy and delectable that they have stayed around in my menu plans. They are the perfect amount of spicy for my daughters (age 5 and 8) and can easily be topped with more hot sauce for even more of a kick.

  • This is one of our family favorites. We make it about once a week. We have made it with chicken and turkey both are delicious. All of Ashley’s (Healthy Little Peach) sauces are great but this spicy ranch is my favorite on just about anything!!!

  • This is, hands down, one of my favorite things to cook! It’s easy, delicious, and re-heats so well for leftovers!

  • I think I forgot to give it 5 stars! I’d give it fafillion if that were an option 😉
