What Makes This Recipe Great

Whether you’re by the pool or having a date night, this Cherry Gin Slush is the perfect drink! It’s cocktails + dessert all in one delicious, cherry-flavored beverage that is creamy, boozy, and drool-worthy.

This fun drink is made with Empress gin, tart cherry juice, lemon juice, frozen cherries, simple syrup, jam, sherbet, and whipped cream for garnish. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Omit the gin to make it a mocktail, if desired.

You can’t go wrong with this creamy, slushy cherry gin cocktail!
