Festive Punch Recipe

  • cranberry juice: I like no-sugar-added juices, but choose your favorite. Keep in mind that the sweetness level will change depending on the sugars added to each juice.
  • pineapple juice
  • orange juice
  • frozen apple juice concentrate: You’ll find this in the frozen section of the grocery store.
  • sparkling white grape juice
  • cinnamon sticks
  • orange slices
  • whole cranberries

Step-by-Step Instructions

Non-Alcoholic Christmas Punch

  1. To a punch bowl, add all the ingredients except for the ice cubes. Mix with a spoon, then add the fresh cranberries, cinnamon sticks, and orange slices to the punch. Ten minutes before serving, incorporate the wreath-shaped ice cubes.

Wreath Ice Cubes

  1. Fill the bottom of the bundt cake with rosemary and cranberries. Do not fill to the top of the molds, just the bottom. Add water or juice over the berries and rosemary. Place in the freezer overnight.

Mac’s Pro Tips

Expert Tips

  • Simple syrup: I found the sweetness from the juices was sufficient and didn’t need added sugar, but if you’re looking for a sweeter punch, feel free to add simple syrup. I recommend adding a tablespoon at a time until the desired sweetness is reached.
  • Alcoholic Punch Recipe: If you’d like to “spike” the punch, add 2 to 2.5 cups of your favorite gin, bourbon, or vodka.

Serving Tips

If you’re making this punch at the last minute and don’t have time for the wreath ice rings, regular ice cubes will do the trick! Add them right before serving.

To make it ahead of time, combine all ingredients (except the sparkling grape juice) in your punch bowl, cover the top with plastic wrap, and refrigerate. When ready to serve, uncover, add the sparkling grape juice and ice, and serve.
