Today I’m sharing one of my all time favorite appetizers that are not only scrumptious but also kid approved. My Pizza Stuffed Crescent Rolls require minimal ingredients and can be done in under 15 minutes. Pizza just got a whole new makeover and I’m not made about it.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Crescents rolls
- Pepperoni slices
- Marinara sauce ( I love using Mids)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Butter
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
HOW TO MAKE PIZZA STUFFED CRESCENT ROLLS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll crescent rolls onto a baking sheet lined with a silicon baking mat. Separate into triangles. Place 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce in each along with 3 pepperonis on the widest side of the triangle. Sprinkle each roll with 1 tablespoon or so of shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the top of the cheese with a little Italian seasoning. Roll the wide end to the smaller tip of the crescent. Place on a coated baking pan.
Bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, heat the ghee or butter until melted and mix in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder and a small pinch of salt to taste. Once the rolls are finished cooking, brush each one with melted Italian seasoned butter onto crescent rolls. Serve warm with additional marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
WHAT’S THE BEST MARINARA SAUCE?
I love using Mid’s Pasta Sauce. They have a ton of different flavors and I love that it is made in small batches for optimal flavor. Additionally they use top quality spices and herbs along with fresh California tomatoes. Mid’s Pasta Sauce is available in most grocery stores or you can purchase online.

This recipe was so quick and easy. The flavor was amazing. Family favorite for sure.
This recipe is awesome! Perfect meal while the kids are home on winter break. My boys (ages 3 & 5) had so much fun making them. My husband absolutely loved these too! We will definitely be making these again and theyโre already on the menu for Super bowl! Thanks for the awesome recipe!
Just wanted to let you know my boys (17, 15, and 12) loved these. They were the subject of envy and bartering during lunch at school. I even skipped the butter topping because I was short on time. Thank you for this easy, fun recipe!
Thank you Tammy! This is great to hear.
