Ingredient Notes

recipe ingredients in their original packaging

Dairy-Free Strawberry Dip

  • Dairy-Free Cream Cheese: I use Kite Hill. Feel free to use an alternative non dairy cream cheese brand.
  • Dairy-Free Whipped Topping: I use the So Delicious brand, but feel free to use your favorite.
  • Powdered Swerve: This is a zero calorie zero carb powdered sugar alternative. Feel free to use regular powdered sugar if that’s what you prefer.
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Lemon Zest & Lemon Juice: Use fresh lemon and zest first, then cut and juice the lemon for the teaspoon of lemon juice you’ll need.
  • Strawberry Jam: Use your favorite strawberry jam.

Topping

  • Strawberry Jam: You’ll want to warm up your jam for the topping so it’s easy to drizzle over the top.
  • Freeze Dried Strawberries
  • Gluten-Free Graham Crackers: If you aren’t gluten-free, feel free to use regular graham crackers.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Make The Base

  1. Place the whipped topping, dairy-free cream cheese, powdered swerve, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and beat the cream cheese mixture using a hand mixer.
  2. Then, mix for 40 seconds or until smooth.

Assemble

  1. Add the dip to a serving bowl and top with the strawberry jam. I add dollops over the entire dip and use a fork or a knife to marble it into the white.
  2. Next, top the dip with crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and crushed graham crackers. Drizzle with more strawberry jam. I always warm my jam a little, making it easier to drizzle. 20 seconds in the microwave always does the trick for me.
