Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Coconut Water: This is the hydration hero of the drink. It’s full of potassium and electrolytes that naturally support recovery and rehydration. If you need a swap, filtered water or decaf green tea will work, but coconut water keeps it extra nourishing.
  • Lime Juice: Adds a bright citrus note that balances the sweetness and gives a light tang. It also sneaks in a little vitamin C.
  • White Peaches: Naturally sweet and juicy, white peaches give the drink its smooth texture and delicate flavor. They blend beautifully and bring a subtle floral note.
  • Salt: Just a pinch helps replenish what your body loses through sweat. I use Celtic Sea Salt for its added mineral content.
  • Honey or Maple Syrup: A little natural sweetener rounds things out and gives the drink a touch of energy.
  • Raspberries: Blended into a vibrant purée, raspberries create the gorgeous pink bottom layer and add a little tartness to contrast the peaches.

How to Make This White Peach and Raspberry Gatorade

Step 1: In a wide-mouth jar, blend the dragonfruit purée ingredients (raspberries and maple syrup or honey) using an immersion blender until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2: In a high-speed blender, combine the coconut water, lime juice, white peaches, salt, and sweetener of choice. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth.

Step 3: Add 1/2 cup of the raspberry fruit purée to the bottom of two glasses filled with ice.

Step 4: Slowly strain the peach mixture over the top for a pretty layered look.

Step 5: Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
