White Peach and Raspberry Gatorade

My White Peach and Raspberry Gatorade-Inspired Drink is light, fruity, and layered with flavor - literally! It’s got that pretty gradient look and it's packed with hydration-boosting ingredients. Whether you’re sipping it post-workout or just need a refreshing pick-me-up, this one hits the spot.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups coconut water can sub filtered water here or decaf green tea
  • 1/2 whole lime juiced
  • 2 white peaches pitted
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoon salt I use Celtic Sea Salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Dragonfruit Purée

  • 1/2 cups raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsps maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  • In a wide-mouth jar, blend the dragonfruit purée ingredients (raspberries and maple syrup or honey) using an immersion blender until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the coconut water, lime juice, white peaches, salt, and sweetener of choice. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth.
  • Add 1/2 cup of the raspberry fruit purée to the bottom of two glasses filled with ice.
  • Slowly strain the peach mixture over the top for a pretty layered look.
  • Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
