Ingredients You’ll Need

- Coconut Water: This is the hydration hero. Rich in natural electrolytes like potassium, it’s light, refreshing, and helps replenish what your body loses when you sweat.
- Lime Juice: Brings in a bright, tart twist that keeps the drink from becoming too sweet and helps support absorption of those electrolytes.
- Salt: Just a pinch of mineral-rich salt (I love Celtic Sea Salt) helps balance hydration and replace sodium lost through sweat.
- Honey or Maple Syrup: A drizzle adds natural sweetness and rounds out the fruit flavors.
- Pineapple: contains potassium and magnesium, which help replenish electrolytes your body loses through sweat.

How to Make This Piña Colada Gatorade
Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. Strain over ice for a smooth, creamy texture. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and enjoy!
How is this a Gatorade Alternative?
I call this Nature’s Gatorade because it’s made with simple, whole ingredients that naturally hydrate the body. Coconut water provides natural electrolytes like potassium and magnesium to help replenish what you lose through sweat, while a pinch of sea salt restores essential minerals. It’s a refreshing way to hydrate—without artificial colors, flavors, or ingredients.
