Homemade Piña Colada Gatorade

A refreshing Piña Colada–inspired drink made with coconut water, pineapple, and clean ingredients for natural hydration—no artificial dyes or syrups.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups coconut water or sub filtered water here or decaf green tea (coconut water is recommended for electryoltes)
  • 1 1/2 cups diced pineapple fresh or frozen, thawed
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 2-3 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk or half and half
  • ½ tsp salt I use Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1-2 tbsps honey or maple syrup or use sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Add everything to a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Strain over ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge. Enjoy!

Notes

Storage:
Fridge: Airtight jar, lasts 2–3 days.
Shake before drinking—coconut milk may separate.
Freezing: Optional in ice cube trays for slushy drinks.
