This week, I’m sharing a Gatorade-inspired flavor you won’t want to miss: Electric Island Punch! Bright, fruity, and a little unexpected, like a tropical getaway in a glass. If you’ve been loving my all-natural, electrolyte-packed drinks, this one will be a new favorite.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe
It’s bright, fruity, and lightly tangy, with a tropical blend of pineapple, mango, and pomegranate juice, balanced by fresh lime juice, a pinch of salt, and hydrating coconut water. Made with clean, whole ingredients and no artificial dyes or syrups, it’s perfect for refueling after a workout or sipping anytime you want a flavorful, refreshing hydration boost.
After sharing 26 other flavors in this series, I’m so excited to keep the momentum going! If you missed any, don’t worry, I’ve got a roundup of all the flavors currently on my website. Plus, my “Gatorade Series” highlight on Instagram features even more flavors you may have missed that aren’t on the site yet.
Ingredients You’ll Need

- Coconut Water: This is the hydration hero. Rich in natural electrolytes like potassium, it’s light, refreshing, and helps replenish what your body loses when you sweat.
- Pineapple and Mango: natural sugars for quick energy. You can use fresh or frozen. I like using frozen and allow to thaw before blending.
- Lime Juice: Brings in a bright, tart twist that keeps the drink from becoming too sweet and helps support absorption of those electrolytes.
- Salt: Just a pinch of mineral-rich salt (I love Celtic Sea Salt) helps balance hydration and replace sodium lost through sweat.
- Honey or Maple Syrup: A drizzle adds natural sweetness and rounds out the fruit flavors.
- Pomogrante Juice: Pomegranate is loaded with polyphenols and antioxidants that fight inflammation and oxidative stress

How to Make This Island Electric Punch Gatorade
Step 1: Blend all ingredients except the pomegranate juice on high for 30 seconds. Add ice to a glass and pour the pomegranate juice into the bottom.
Step 2: Strain the pineapple mixture over the ice to create a layered drink, then garnish with frozen or fresh pomegranate arils and an orange wedge. Enjoy!
