A creamy and delicious latte that is full of healing ingredients that does a body good. It is Whole30, Keto and Paleo compliant along with being dairy and gluten free.
Sometimes my body needs a break from coffee, so I turn to my creamy Match Latte that is filled with nutritious and healthy ingredients. My body craves this warm and cozy drink usually a few times a week. Not only does it tastes good, but it is one of the prettiest drinks, I love the creamy green color with the frothy Nutpods.
I love adding matcha to my diet because it is has a lot of health benefits. What’s the purpose of adding collagen to my drinks?

For this specific recipe I used Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen that has both the match and collagen combined in one powered. It makes it very convenient and the flavor is out of this world delicious. This specific collagen works great in hot or cold water. In addition, I also LOVE Vital Proteins Unflavored and Mocha Collagen. They both are great and add so much texture to any drink and the mocha flavor does something magical to coffee.

- 2 cups hot almond or coconut milk (,unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp cinnamon
