This week’s blend is sweet, tangy, and hydrating with a gorgeous golden color. It’s the kind of drink you’ll want to sip all summer long, whether you’re fresh out of a workout or lounging by the pool.

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Coconut Water: The base of this drink is packed with natural electrolytes and potassium, perfect for replenishing after a sweat session.
  • Pineapple: Naturally juicy and sweet with a tropical tang that pairs beautifully with citrus and mango.
  • Lime Juice: Adds brightness, supports hydration, and balances the sweet with a splash of tart.
  • Toasted Coconut Chips: Optional, but so worth it. They bring in a subtle nuttiness and richness.
  • Salt: Just a pinch of mineral-rich salt helps replenish sodium and makes this a true electrolyte drink.
  • Honey or Maple Syrup: Sweetens naturally without overpowering the fresh fruit.
  • Mango Purée: Blended with lime and a touch of sweetener, it forms a vibrant base that gives this drink its dreamy layered look.

How to Make It

Step 1: In a wide-mouth jar, blend the mango, lime juice, and maple syrup (or honey) with an immersion blender until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2: In a separate blender, combine the coconut water, pineapple, toasted coconut chips (if using), lime juice, salt, and your sweetener of choice. Blend until smooth.

Step 3: Fill two glasses with ice and spoon about 1/4 cup of mango purée into the bottom of each glass.

Step 4: Slowly strain the pineapple coconut mixture over the mango base to create a layered look.

Step 5: Stir before sipping, garnish with a pineapple wedge, and enjoy!
