Tropical Mango Pineapple Gatorade-Inpsired Drink

This Tropical Pineapple Mango Electrolyte Drink is sweet, tangy, and hydrating with a gorgeous golden color. It’s the kind of drink you’ll want to sip all summer long, whether you’re fresh out of a workout or lounging by the pool.

Main Drink:
- 2 ½ cups coconut water can substitute with filtered water or decaf green tea
- 1 ½ cups pineapple
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut chips optional
- ¼ - ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Mango Purée:
- 1 cup mango
- 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
In a wide-mouth jar, blend the mango, lime juice, and maple syrup (or honey) with an immersion blender until smooth. Set aside.
In a separate blender, combine the coconut water, pineapple, toasted coconut chips (if using), lime juice, salt, and your sweetener of choice. Blend until smooth.
Fill two glasses with ice and spoon about 1/4 cup of mango purée into the bottom of each glass.
Slowly strain the pineapple coconut mixture over the mango base to create a layered look.
Stir before sipping, garnish with a pineapple wedge, and enjoy!
