High Protein Ranch Dressing

This high protein ranch is made with cottage cheese that blends into that creamy, classic ranch texture we all love. It comes together in 5 minutes and can be adjusted into a thick protein ranch dip or a pourable dressing, depending on how you use it! I love to serve it on these grilled chicken wraps for an extra high protein lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese sub-Greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp homemade ranch seasoning or store-bought
  • 1-2 Tbsp milk of choice + more to thin out
  • 2 tsps apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. A blender works best for a creamy, smooth consistency compared to a food processor. Transfer to a jar with a lid and refrigerate. Store for up to the expiration date of the cottage cheese or Greek yogurt used.

Notes

  • A blender makes a noticeable difference here. It creates a much smoother result than a food processor, especially when using cottage cheese!
  • Taste after blending and adjust if needed. Ranch seasoning blends can vary, so you might want a little more lemon juice or a splash of milk to balance it out.
  • Store in a sealed jar in your fridge. It will keep well up to the expiration date of the cottage cheese or yogurt used. Stir or shake before serving if it thickens over time!
