Ingredients

Main Drink:

  • cups coconut water
  • 1 cup aloe vera juice (Substitute with decaf green tea or additional coconut water; filtered water also works if preferred.)
  • 1 - 2 peaches (pit removed) (skin can be left on)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Blackberry Purée:

  • 1 ¼ cups blackberries
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  • In a wide-mouth jar, combine the blackberries and lime juice. Blend using an immersion blender until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds. Set aside.
  • In a separate blender, combine the coconut water, aloe vera juice, peach, lime juice, salt, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • Add 2–3 tablespoons of the blackberry purée to the bottom of two glasses and fill with ice.
  • Slowly strain the peach mixture over the blackberry base for a layered effect.
  • Stir gently before sipping or leave it layered for that wow factor. Garnish as desired and enjoy!
