Optional: You can use a food processor or blender if you prefer a smoother texture.
- This dip can be prepared a day in advance. Store it in an airtight container in the fridge, and give it a good stir before serving.
- I prefer Greek yogurt over the blended cottage cheese for this dip.
- For a dip that’s a little bit milder, reduce the amount of pepperoncinis or opt for a milder variety. To make it spicier, you can add a dash of crushed red pepper flakes or finely chopped jalapeños.
- If you like a thinner dip, add a bit more pepperoncini juice or a dash of milk (dairy or non-dairy) until it’s the consistency you like.
- For a smoother dip, use a food processor or blender.
- I prefer Greek yogurt over the blended cottage cheese for this dip.
