Coffee 3 Ways
3 creamy and delicious ways to turn plain boring coffee into morning magic.

Original Bulletproof Coffee (Whole30, Keto and Paleo)
- 8 oz hot coffee
- 1 to 2 tsp vanilla ghee (see notes)
- 1 to 2 tsp dairy free creamer (see notes)
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 scoop mct oil powder or 1 tsp of MCT Oil (see notes)
- 1 dash cinnamon
Chocolate Bulletproof Coffee (Keto & Paleo)
- 8 oz hot coffee
- 1 to 2 tsp ghee
- 1 to 2 tsp dairy free creamer
- 1 scoop chocolate collagen (see notes)
- 1 scoop mct oil powder or 1 tsp of MCT oil (see notes)
Cold Brew Coffee (Keto & Paleo)
- 10 oz cold brew coffee
- 1/4 cup dairy free creamer
- 3 to 4 drops natural stevia (omit if Whole30)
Instructions for Bulletproof & Chocolate Bulletproof - Add the hot coffee to a blender along with the collagen, dairy free creamer, MCT oil powder and ghee and blend until smooth and creamy. For the original Bulletproof serve with a dash of cinnamon.
Cold Brew- Add the cold coffee over ice along with the stevia and dairy free creamer of choice. Stir and enjoy.
