Strawberry Kiwi Homemade Gatorade
A naturally hydrating, fruity refresher made with fresh strawberries, kiwi, and coconut water. Lightly sweetened and packed with electrolytes, it’s perfect for post-workout recovery or a refreshing drink anytime. Simple, wholesome ingredients with no artificial colors or syrups

Servings: 1 serving
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water can sub filtered water here or decaf green tea. However, coconut water is the best option as it’s a natural electrolyte.
- 1 kiwi peeled and diced
- 3-4 large strawberries diced
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- ½ tsp salt I use Celtic Sea Salt
- 1-2 tbsps honey or maple syrup or sub sugar-free sweetener of choice
Muddle the strawberries, kiwi, maple syrup, and lemon juice in the bottom of a glass. Add ice, then top with coconut water, more lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine and enjoy.
