Servings: 2
- 1½ cups coconut water
- 1 cup aleo vera juice (or use filtered water, decaf green tea or additional coconut water)
- 1⅓ cups blueberries
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ¼–½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1–2 cups ice – for slushy version
- Lime slices and blueberries – for garnish
In a blender, combine coconut water, aloe vera juice/filtered water/OR decaf green tea, blueberries, lime juice, salt, and honey or maple syrup.
Blend until smooth.
For a regular drink, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
Pour over a glass of ice and garnish with lime slices and blueberries.
For a slushy version: Add 1–2 cups of ice to the blender with the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. No need to strain, pour directly into a glass and garnish as desired.
