Base
- 1 1/ 2 cup coconut water can sub filtered water here or decaf green tea) However coconut water is the best option as it’s a natural electrolyte.
- 1 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1/2 lime Juice
- Pinch salt I use Celtic
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey divided
Tea Layer
- 1 hibiscus tea bag
- 1 cup cup water
Brew hibiscus tea, stir in 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, and let cool.
In a glass, mix coconut water, grapefruit juice, lime juice, salt, and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Add ice to the glass.
Slowly pour 1/3 cup of the cooled hibiscus tea as the top to layer. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and lime wedge!
