All-Natural Pineapple Pomegranate Gatorade

- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup aloe vera juice, decaf green tea or filtered water (or substitute additional coconut water)
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 3 to 4 tablespoons pomegranate juice no sugar added
- Pineapple slice and pomegranate arils for garnish
In a blender, combine the coconut water, aloe vera juice/filtered water/OR decaf green tea, pineapple, lime juice, salt, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Fill two glasses with ice and pour the pomegranate juice over the ice. Slowly strain the blended pineapple Gatorade over the top for a layered look.
Gently stir before sipping, or serve as-is to show off the layers. Garnish with pineapple and pomegranate arils.
