- 1 ½ cups coconut water natural electrolytes + potassium
- 1 cup brewed green tea cooled (antioxidants + mild caffeine boost)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries vitamin C + natural sweetness
- 1 tbsp lime juice electrolytes + refreshing citrus flavor
- ¼ tsp salt helps replenish sodium lost through sweat
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup natural energy boost
- Ice
- Lime wedge and zest for garnish
Brew the green tea and let it cool completely.
Add the coconut water, cooled green tea, strawberries, lime juice, salt, and sweetener to a blender.
Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
Pour over a glass of ice and garnish with a lime wedge and zest. Enjoy!
