Expert Tips

  • Sugar-Free: If you want a sugar-free alternative to sugar for simple syrup, be sure to use allulose. This is the only no-sugar sweetener that won't crystalize once stored in the fridge.
  • Salted Rim: Rub the rim of your glass with a lime wedge, then dip your glass into a small plate filled with coarse salt, kosher salt, tajin, etc.
  • Cocktail Version: To make an alcoholic drink, add 1.5 oz of your favorite tequila to your cocktail shaker. Feel free to add ½ oz of triple sec or orange liqueur if desired.

Serving Tips

  • Serve in a tall glass with ice and garnish with sliced jalapenos, a lime wedge, and/or a peach slice.
