Ingredients

  • 4 mini pecan pies
  • 4 mini pumpkin pies
  • 4 mini blackberry pies
  • 4 mini apple pies
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Garnish with fresh greenery/herbs

Instructions

  • Place the whipped topping in a medium-sized bowl and transfer to the middle of a large circle tray or wood board. From there starting on the left side, start stacking the pies by flavor. I started with pecan then it went, blackberry, pumpkin, and apple.
  • Add in the blackberries and cranberries in between all the pies. Finally, garnish with herbs and greenery.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Expert Tips

    • Be sure to leave the whipped topping in the refrigerator until right before serving.
    • Nutrition information will vary depending on which pies and ingredients you choose.
    • Get creative with your tray! If you have a wooden board or serving tray, use that! If you have a lazy susan, that can work too! You can really make this your own with items you already have at home without needing to buy anything new.

Storage Tips

    • If you have leftovers, I recommend wrapping the dessert charcuterie board in plastic wrap and storing in the refrigerator.
    • If you don’t have enough space in the fridge for the original board, move the desserts to an airtight container and store.
    • Eat within a few days for optimal freshness.

Recipe Variations

    • Cookes and Frosting: This would be perfect for any special occasion, especially with kids. Pick a spread of sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, etc, and offer frosting for dipping!
    • Candy, Chocolate, and Fruit: Choose an array of fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, as well as your favorite dried fruit. Then add dark chocolate truffles, white chocolate, and other favorite sweets and candies like chocolate covered pretzels, gummy bears, and more. Garnish with greenery, as well small bowls of nuts like almonds, hazelnuts, or cashews..
    • Cupcakes or Cake Slices: Arrange a variety of cake slices or mini cupcakes so everyone can choose their favorite flavor, or try a bit of each.
    • S'mores and Coffee: Make a beautiful spread of graham crackers, peanut butter cups, chocolate bars, marshmallow dip, and fresh coffee for drinking.
    • Chocolate Fondue Board: A pot of melted chocolate ganache and your favorite fresh berries, apple slices, nuts, pretzels, and crackers.
    • Donut Board: Pick your favorite donuts and donut holes in different shapes, sizes, and colors and serve a donut dessert platter!
    • Ice Cream Sundae Board: Small bowls with all the toppings: sprinkles, cherries, caramel sauce, hot fudge, marshmallows, whipped cream, and a large bowl of ice cream to scoop. This is a super fun idea for a birthday party!
