In a small blender or jar, blend the strawberries, lime juice, and maple syrup (or honey) until smooth. Set the purée aside.
In a separate blender, combine the coconut water, cotton candy grapes, lime juice, salt, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
Fill two glasses with ice and spoon the strawberry purée into the bottom of each glass.
Slowly pour the coconut-grape mixture over the top for a layered look.
Stir before sipping, and garnish with fresh strawberries or grapes if you’d like.
In a wide-mouth jar, use an immersion blender to blend the strawberry purée ingredients (strawberries, lime juice, and sweetener) until smooth. Set aside.
In a separate blender, combine the coconut water, cotton candy grapes, lime juice, salt, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
Fill two glasses with ice and spoon about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of strawberry purée into the bottom of each glass.
Slowly strain the cotton candy grape mixture over the strawberry purée to create a layered effect.
Stir before sipping and garnish with a strawberry wedge and a few fresh grapes, if desired.
