Viral Teddy Graham Latte Recipe (Low Sugar Option!)

This latte is the perfect mix of childhood nostalgia and cozy flavors. The warm cinnamon, honey, and vanilla blend beautifully with the espresso, and that crushed Teddy Graham topping? Absolute perfection. One sip and I totally understood why the internet is obsessed!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 shots of brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon granulated brown monk fruit or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • Teddy Grahams roughly crushed
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a large glass combine the honey, cinnamon and granulated brown monk fruit. Add a shot or 2 of espresso or strong coffee. Stir until well blended.
  • In a separate glass, add the coconut milk and the 1 teaspoon of vanilla syrup. Using a frother, froth the milk and syrup until frothy.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the cold-frothed coconut milk over the espresso mixture. Stir to combine!
  • Top with a light sprinkle of cinnamon and crushed Teddy Grahams!

Notes

  • You can modify the amount of honey or sweetener based on how sweet you like your drink.
  • If you don't have a frother, you can vigorously shake the milk and syrup in a sealed jar to achieve a frothy consistency.
  • For a hot version, warm the milk before frothing and skip the ice.
  • Crushed Teddy Grahams can become soggy if left sitting too long. For optimal crunch, add them just before serving.
  • Adding ground cinnamon directly to hot liquids can cause clumping. To avoid this, mix the cinnamon with your sweeteners before combining with coffee.
