Ingredients

Dip

  • 8 oz dairy-free cream cheese I use Kite Hill
  • 8 oz dairy-free whipped topping I use So Delicious
  • 1 cup powdered swerve or sub regular powder sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Topping

  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam warmed, for drizzle
  • 2 1/2 tbsp freeze dried strawberries crumbled
  • 2 1/2 tbsp gluten-free graham crackers crumbled

Instructions

Make the Base

  • Place the whipped topping, dairy-free cream cheese, powdered swerve, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and whip using a handheld mixer.
  • Mix for 40 seconds or until combined and smooth.

Assemble

  • Add the dip to a serving bowl and top with the strawberry jam. I add dollops over the entire dip and use a fork or a knife to marble it into the white.
  • Next, top the dip with crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and crushed graham crackers. Drizzle with more of strawberry jam. I always warm my jam a little so that it makes it easier to drizzle. 20 seconds in the microwave always does the trick for me.
