Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Corn Dip
This easy, crowd-pleasing chive and onion cream cheese corn dip is a delicious, 10-minute recipe made with frozen corn & cream cheese. Serve with chips or a sliced baguette. Dairy-Free option included!

- 2 12 oz bags frozen corn
- 2 tablespoons butter or vegan butter
- 8 oz container chive and onion cream cheese*
- 3/4 cup heavy cream*
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Fresh chives for garnish
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter and corn. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until corn has cooked through.
Add in the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream and mix together until combined. Allow it to simmer for 4 minutes or so until the cream cheese is melted and warm.
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh chives.

How to Serve: Serve this recipe as a dip with sliced baguette or tortilla chips or as a side dish on its own! You can't go wrong!
