Herb Flavor Bombs

A quick & easy hack to save fresh herbs from going bad! Use this genius herb freezing method to flavor-pack your favorite recipes and eliminate food waste! These flavor bombs are perfect for soups, sauces, casseroles & more!

  • Ice cube tray
  • Fresh herbs of choice chopped
  • Olive oil or Light Olive Oil
  • Minced garlic 1 teaspoon per ice cube tray


  • Fill each cube halfway with chopped herbs of choice. Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic over the top then fill with olive oil. Make sure not to get it too full or it will be hard to transfer.
  • Place the ice cube tray on a baking sheet and place it in the freezer overnight. 
  • Once frozen, remove each cube from the tray and store it in the freezer in a stasher bag. Use whenever you are needing flavor to soups, casseroles, omelets and so much more.
