The Best Bourbon Peach Smash
This Bourbon Peach Smash Cocktail is filled with all the best refreshing summer flavors. This drink is filled with peaches, mint, bourbon, Paleo simple syrup, orange and pineapple juice and topped with Topo Chico Sparking Water.

- 1 1/2 oz bourbon ((I use Maker’s Mark. Sub Vodka or Tequila for Paleo version) )
- 3-4 leaves Mint
- 1/2 medium Peach (, muddled)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp paleo simple syrup
- Topo Chico Sparkling Water (, cold)
- A fresh mint leaf to garnish
Paleo Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup water
Peach Bourbon Cocktail
First, cut a peach in half and add to a 12 oz glass along with 3-4 mint leaves and 1 oz of simple syrup.
Next, muddle the peaches, mint and syrup together until everything is combined.
Finally, fill the glass with ice and add the bourbon, pineapple juice, orange juice and top it all off with Topo Chico Sparkling Water.
Paleo Simple Syrup
Add water to a medium size pan and bring to a boil over high heat.
Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat to medium and add the coconut sugar. Stir for 3-4 minutes or until the coconut sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and serve immediately or store in fridge in a sealed jar.
