Matcha Smoothie
The Perfect Paleo Matcha Green Smoothie!

- 1 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 2 Large Handfuls Baby Spinach
- 1 tbsp avocado
- 1 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Cocoa Nibs to top
- unsweetened shredded coconut to top
Add in the almond milk to your blender or Vitamix followed by the matcha green tea powder, spinach, avocado, and vanilla extract.
Turn on high and blend until smooth and creamy.
Top the smoothie with unsweetened shredded coconut and cocoa nibs. If you are not a coconut fan, just omit.
