- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 scoops Vital Protein Collagen
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ice (if needed to make thicker)

- Place all ingredients into a blender. Pulse a few times and then blend on medium speed until smoot
