Ingredients

- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- 1 whole kiwi
- 1/4 cups raspberries
- 2 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
- Add chia seeds, almond milk and vanilla extract to a mason jar.
- Shake and refrigerate over night
- Before serving, add to a bowl and top with fruit and nuts.
