- 1 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 2 Large Handfuls Baby Spinach
- 1 tbsp avocado
- 1 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder (or 1 scoop Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen)
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Cocoa Nibs (to top)
- unsweetened shredded coconut (to top)
Instructions
- Add in the almond milk to your blender or Vitamix followed by the matcha green tea powder, spinach, avocado, and vanilla extract.
- Turn on high and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Top the smoothie with unsweetened shredded coconut and cocoa nibs. If you are not a coconut fan, just omit.
