Matcha Smoothie

The Perfect Paleo Matcha Green Smoothie!

  • Yield: 1 person 1x


  • 1 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 2 Large Handfuls Baby Spinach
  • 1 tbsp avocado
  • 1 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder (or 1 scoop Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Cocoa Nibs (to top)
  • unsweetened shredded coconut (to top)


  1. Add in the almond milk to your blender or Vitamix followed by the matcha green tea powder, spinach, avocado, and vanilla extract.
  2. Turn on high and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Top the smoothie with unsweetened shredded coconut and cocoa nibs. If you are not a coconut fan, just omit.
