Ingredients
- Ice cube tray
- Fresh herbs of choice, chopped
- Olive oil or Light Olive Oil
- Minced garlic (1 teaspoon per ice cube tray)
Instructions
- Fill each cube halfway with chopped herbs of choice. Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic over the top then fill with olive oil. Make sure not to get it too full or it will be hard to transfer.
- Place the ice cube tray on a baking sheet and place it in the freezer overnight.
- Once frozen, remove each cube from the tray and store it in the freezer in a stasher bag. Use whenever you are needing flavor to soups, casseroles, omelets and so much more.
