My name is Ashley McCrary and I am a health blogger and a real food recipe developer who is passionate about overall health and wellness.

I found the Whole30 program back in 2014 when I hit rock bottom and it totally transformed my life, both physically and mentally. Not only did I fight Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), but additionally, I lost 80 pounds through 14 successful rounds. I am now living my best life through food freedom and I am so excited to encourage and support others who may be fighting the same battles.

Whole30 picked up my broken pieces and made me whole again. Not only did it totally transform my relationship with food, but it helped me become a better wife, mother, and woman. It allowed me to look in the mirror and say with confidence that I truly love the strong and beautiful woman I have become.     Not only will you receive my expert advice throughout my 14 rounds on the program, but in addition, you will be involved in a community with other like-minded individuals who are fighting for the same goals as you. During this life-changing month, it is crucial that you are surrounded by positivity and uplifting comments and suggestions. Family, friends or colleagues in your life may not understand the new journey that you are embarking on and may not be that positive force you need in your life to motivate and support you in your battle to success. I will be here for you every step of the way, along with the other group members. This support group will be your most powerful tool in your toolbox on tough days. Let’s have fun and cheer each other on to a total health transformation.I will be in the private group at least 2 times a day (morning and late afternoon) answering questions; posting advice, encouragement, videos, meals, and recipes (I shop at Aldi, Walmart, and SAMs); sharing my experience as I’ll be doing the Whole30 right along with you; and inspiring you to just keep going, no matter what.

    Days 30-45 will be an additional $25. Here, I’ll be able to guide and support you with focused suggestions regarding a reintroduction schedule and how to ultimately live the next chapter of your life with Food Freedom.
