- 2 12oz bags frozen corn
- 2 tablespoons butter or vegan butter
- 8 oz container chive and onion cream cheese*
- 3/4 cup heavy cream*
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter and corn. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until corn has cooked through.
- Add in the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream and mix together until combined. Allow it to simmer for 4 minutes or so until the cream cheese is melted and warm.
- Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh chives.
- Enjoy!

How to Serve: Serve this recipe as a dip with sliced baguette or tortilla chips or as a side dish on its own! You can’t go wrong!
Dairy Free: To make this dairy-free, sub Kite Hill’s Chive and Onion Cream Cheese and Silk’s dairy-free heavy cream.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat on the skillet or the microwave and serve!
