Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Corn Dip

This easy, crowd-pleasing chive and onion cream cheese corn dip is a delicious, 10-minute recipe made with frozen corn & cream cheese. Serve with chips or a sliced baguette. Dairy-Free option included!

Ingredients

  • 2 12oz bags frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons butter or vegan butter
  • 8 oz container chive and onion cream cheese*
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream*
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter and corn. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until corn has cooked through.
  2. Add in the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream and mix together until combined. Allow it to simmer for 4 minutes or so until the cream cheese is melted and warm.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh chives.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

How to Serve: Serve this recipe as a dip with sliced baguette or tortilla chips or as a side dish on its own! You can’t go wrong!

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat on the skillet or the microwave and serve!
