Air Fryer Radish Chips

These Air Fryer Radish Chips are absolutely fabulous. In my opinion they taste so close to a potato. These are the perfect snack, appetizer or side dish. I’ve been so burned out on my normal asparagus and green beans as a side dish. I’ve been adding these as the side dish to my chicken breast and steak. I love that it is low in carbs but packs a ton of flavor and crisp.

How to Serve These Air Fryer Radish Chips?

I could eat these for breakfast, lunch and dinner they are so good. Below are my top ways to enjoy them!

  • Quick snack with my homemade ranch
  • Appetizer
  • As a side dish
  • On top of a salad

Can You Cook These In The Oven?

If you do not have an air fryer, you can absolutley cook in the oven. Below is a step by step!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. On a medium baking sheet add olive oil and slides radishes and toss to coat radishes completely in oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. Roast radishes for a total of 20-25 minutes, tossing every 5-10 minutes to brown all sides of radish slices. Remove from oven and serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

How To Get Them Crispy?

The key to making crispy radishes when baking, is to make sure they are thinly sliced. Next, cook them at an oven temperature that isn’t too high that they will burn. I like roasting at 400F for around 20-25 minutes and tossing every 10 minutes.

What is the Best Air Fryer to Purchase?

I’ve used the GoWise brand for almost 2 years now and I won’t ever go to another brand. I used to have the 5.8 qaurt and recently upgraded to the 7 quart. It was the best decison to upgrade beause it is large enough to where I don’t have to cook in batches. If you are debating on size, GO FOR THE 7 QUART!
