Plain black coffee is great, but blending it into a sweet and cold drink is even better. My new Keto Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino allows you to have your cake and eat it to. It’s healthy, while being extremely satisfying and sweet.
This is a sponsored blog post by Vitamix, however all opinions remain my own.
The main reason I love this recipe is because it takes minimal ingredients and can be whipped up in no time at all. Being able to have a coffee shop drink in the comfort of my own home is so important to me. Not only does it save time, but it also saves MONEY.
Do you want to get the perfect coffee shop Frappuccino at home? Of course you do! Using a Vitamix blender is the number one way to achieve the perfect frappuccino at home. It allows you to get the perfect texture and creaminess. Let me tell you, I never knew what I was missing until I bought a Vitamix! It’s truly changed the game with my cooking skills. Not only can I make Frappuccino at home, but I also use mine to make soups, ice cream and smoothies. The possibilities are endless with a professional grade Vitamix blender.
Are the crushed peppermints compliant on top of this Keto Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino?
Regular peppermints do have carbs and sugar, so for Keto and Paleo, I would recommend to steer clear. However, there are Keto and Paleo friendly options available if you are really wanting the crushed peppermints. Check out the ones I recommend below.
