I am a super busy momma, wife, teacher, and blogger. Life can get pretty crazy in my world, so “Sunday Meal Prep” is extremely important if I want to get through my week without losing my ding dang mind. Meal prepping has never been easier with Rubbermaid TakeAlongs that are currently on rollback pricing at Walmart until 2/10/19.

Not only do I meal prep for myself, but I also get all of my husband’s breakfast/lunches ready through the week. We usually alternate meal options every week so we don’t get burnt out on the same meals over and over.  Currently our top favorite meal prep item is spaghetti squash and meatballs with steamed veggies along with a BBQ chicken breast over my ranch coleslaw with a half an avocado. These meal takes no time at all and is extremely filling and satisfying. Not to mention, all the meals we prepare Whole30, Keto and Paleo compliant.

We love using the Rubbermaid Takealong Meal Prep Containers because of the built-in divider that keeps our food separated, allowing our complete meals to be stored in individual containers. Not only do they make Sunday meal prep a piece of cake, but they are also BPA FREE and microwave/dishwasher safe.
