Amazon Whole30 Shopping Guide

Who doesn’t love Amazon Prime? I am beyond obsessed. My husband told me the other day that I am one click away from getting my account deleted. Sometimes I am a bit out of control, but it can be so helpful when you don’t have Whole30 staples available in your local grocery stores. Amazon offers a wide variety of Whole30 items that are easily accessible and can be delivered right to your door without the hassle of searching for every single compliant item at 15 different stores.

I have compiled a list of my favorite Amazon compliant items that really make the Whole30 experience more enjoyable. Everything I have listed are products that are reasonably priced that I use and keep on hand. All of the products will have direct links, feel free to click and order away. It is my hopes that these items can support your Whole30 endeavors.

I have linked all the products directly to Amazon. Simply click on the name of the product to be linked directly to the listing.

1. R Bars- See Below for Flavor Guide.

R Bar Website

Paleo Compliant Pack-All bars in this pack are squeaky clean and compliant to the Whole30 program.

AMAZON:

  1. Starter Pack
  2. Lemon PoppySeed
  3. Blueberry Breakfast

My love for R Bars is a DEEP LOVE. These things are seriously the best energy bar on the market. RX Bars along with Larabars don’t hold a candle to these babies. They are moist and super filling. I eat these on occasion and my daughter is absolutely obsessed with them.

NOTE: These bars have Sunflower Oil: Yes it is a compliant oil. Read below.

According to The Whole30, “While we don’t think vegetable oils are a healthy choice (understatement of the century), we don’t expressly rule them out on the Whole30. If we did, you’d never be able to eat outside of your own kitchen, because all restaurants use them in cooking. We wanted to create the healthiest program possible, but we also need it to be do-able for those who travel for business or pleasure, or simply want to dine out during the month.  Ideally, you’re using high-oleic saafflower or sunflower oil; these actually have a pretty favorable fat profile,  similar to extra-virgin olive oil.”

2. Chomps Beef Sticks

These beef sticks can get a little pricey, but I try to keep at least 10 in my pantry and a couple in my purse. My husband and daughter love them also and they always come in handy for road trips or emergency snack. They are seriously so yummy are filled with healthy ingredients you can pronounce.

3. Baby Food Pouches

Don’t feel like you have to get this brand, it is just one of my favorites. Make sure to read your labels on all baby foods. These are great to throw in your purse and are actually very tasty and satisfying.

4. Nuts

  1. Almonds
  2. Cashews

Nuts are always a great option to have on hand. They can serve as a fat serving and can also be thrown on top of salads and soups. Make sure to always read ingredients.

5. The New Primal Beef Thins

Sometimes, the need to crunch just can’t be ignored. The New Primal’s crispy beef thins are the best thing I have ever snacked on. I dip them in salsa and guacamole and also eat them plain. They are good anyway you have them

1. Fourth & Heart Ghee: See Below for Flavor Guide

  1. Vanilla Bean Ghee
  2. Himalayan Sea Salt Ghee
  3. California Garlic Ghee
  4. Original Ghee

100% grass fed from pasture-raised and hormone-free cows, no antibiotics. Tested dairy free, lactose-free, casein free. Spreadable at room temperature, no refrigeration required. Ghee is a MUST have while completing a Whole30. It has a light and creamy whipped texture with just the right amount of fine-ground, mineral-rich Himalayan Salt Pink Salt. Replace your current butter, olive oil, coconut oil or other cooking oil 1:1 with ghee. I use all of the flavored ghee’s (see below) on top of roasted veggies, sweet potatoes and cook with my proteins. They add great flavor to any dish without being overpowering. The vanilla ghee is amazing blended in your morning cup of coffee.

2. Coconut Aminos

Soy sauce? What’s that? I seriously don’t even remember what soy sauce is after being hooked on coconut aminos for so long. Coconut aminos is a delicious sauce made from coconut sap. It is dark, rich, salty and slightly sweet in flavor. It resembles a light soy sauce or tamari (wheat free soy sauce), but it is soy free and gluten free – making it the perfect replacement for those avoiding soy and gluten. A little goes a long way also and will last my family of 3 a long time.

3. Fruit Chup

Delicious tomato ketchup made with NO ADDED SUGAR or artificial sweeteners. Sweetened only with real fruit – California-grown raisins and dates. Paleo, Whole30, low carb, diabetic-friendly, gluten free, vegan. More rustic in texture than traditional highly-processed ketchup because of the fiber from the whole tomatoes and fruit (no concentrates)

4. Organic Marinara Sauce

This marinara is a compliant sauce and is wonderful if you are in a hurry and need a yummy delicious marinara.

5. Primal Kitchen Dressing & Oil:

  1. Balsamic
  2. Green Goddess
  3. Ranch

5. The New Primal Marinades

These sauces are Whole30 Approved with no added sugars, certified Paleo and Gluten-Free, containing no soy, dairy, or even oil. From meat to fish or even veggies, these marinades make every recipe a hit.

1. Arrowroot Powder

Arrowroot powder is another great substitute for regular gluten starch. I use this the same way as tapioca flour. It is an excellent, gluten-free thickening agent that you can use to thicken sauces and soups. Just substitute it whenever a recipe calls for cornstarch/flour.

2. Tapioca Flour

Tapioca flour is a staple in my kitchen for thickening sauces. Tapioca flour is an alternative to traditional wheat flours and has a variety of uses in baking/cooking. The flour is made from the starch extracted from the South American cassava plant. Not only is this a great addition to my Whole30 meals, but this is now my go-to flour when cooking in everyday life.

3. Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

This stuff has changed my skin, hair, and nails. it is MAGICAL. It is Pasture-Raised, Grass-Fed, Non-GMO, Kosher Collagen Peptides; Soluble in cold liquids. It promotes youthful skin, healthier hair, and stronger nails. Collagen helps keep bones healthy and strong, supports joint health. Easily mixed into any liquid, our collagen powder contributes to a balanced diet and helps maintain weight
Whole30  Approved.

  1. Vital Proteins Collagen
  2. Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen
  3. Vital Proteins Collagen Beef Gelatin

5. Perfect Keto MCT Oil Powder

6. Nutritional Yeast

Nutritional yeast has easily become a new favorite at my house. We sprinkle this stuff on salads, eggs, and soups. It adds flavor that can be described as nutty, cheesy, or creamy. Nutritional yeast is a deactivated yeast, often a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is sold in the form of flakes or as a yellow powder. It is a significant source of some B-complex vitamins and contains trace amounts of several other vitamins and minerals.

1. Bare Bones Bone Broth

  1. Beef
  2. Chicken

100% organic pastured & humanely raised chicken, Fresh organic vegetables & herbs, 10 grams protein per serving. No added flavorings or preservatives, No added antibiotics, growth stimulants, or hormones. Gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, Certified Paleo, Whole30 Approved, keto-friendly. I ADORE bone broth. I will add to my soups, sauces or simply sip on it with my breakfast, lunch or dinner. It packs a lot of protein along with other vitamins and minerals such as collagen. It is not only an amazing supplement for pregnancy, but in addition is great for our aging bodies, bones and joint

2. Primal Palate Seasoning

These spices are amazing. I add to veggies, eggs, and protein. Non-irradiated, no preservatives, no MSG, no fillers. Certified gluten-free, certified kosher. Whole30 approved and paleo friendly

  1. Garlic & Herb
  2. Meat & Potato

3. Nutpods

  1. Variety Pack
  2. French Vanilla
  3. Hazlenut
  4. Original

Nutpods are literally the best invention ever. I have come to like my coffee black, but adding these on occasion is such a treat. They are creamy and smooth and serve as a great alternative to regular sugary coffee creamers. You won’t even miss the real thing with these babies.

1. Air Fryer

My air fryer saves my life every single week. I throw almond flour crusted chicken in, veggies, potatoes and much more. It cuts my cooking time in half. I recommend buying the 8 QT.

2. GoWise High-Speed Blender

I am constantly using my blender to make sauces, soups and my cauliflower mash during Whole30. This GoWise blender is SUPER cheap and has the same performance as a Vitamix.

3. Kitchen Aid Food Processor

4. Zwilling Cookware Set

5. Immersion Blender

This is a lifesaver for making homemade mayo and sauces. I have tried using my Vitamix to make homemade Mayo and nothing works like an immersion blender. It is NECESSARY to have one of these if you are completing a Whole30.

6. Dutch Oven

Dutch ovens are perfect for soups and stews because of their size, shape, and thick construction. The heavy metal or ceramic conducts heat well and can keep food warm for long periods of time. I don’t think I could live without my Dutch Oven. I honestly think it makes my food taste better. If I am home and need to cook something all day, I will use my Dutch Oven on the stove. It tastes so much better than using a regular ole crockpot.

7.  Regular Spiralizer

I use this spiralizer for my zucchini and squash. I have yet to try sweet potatoes yet, but it states on the product listing that can cut sweet potatoes also.

8. Instant Pot

If you are a busy mom like I am, sometimes quick meals are necessary. An instant pot delivers delicious meals, QUICK. You can cook a roast, baked potatoes and chili in no time. Usually, I will use my crockpot, but an Instant Pot is great for those nights that you are craving something that needs to cook all day but you don’t have the time. This baby will cook those meals in no time. I recommend getting the 8 QT.

9. Frother

This cute little lifesaver offers you a professional finishing touch for your at home coconut or almond milk lattes. I love this because it gives me a coffee shop feel QUICK. I use it in the mornings before I go to work and it saves me from stopping at Starbucks.

10. Nespresso & Milk Frother

11. Le Creuset Cast Iron Skillet

12. Le Creuset Dutch Oven

13. Seasoning Storage Jars & Labels
